Experience Dubai like never before! Sky Views Dubai, Dubai’s newest architectural wonder and largest adrenaline attraction at 219.5 meters above the ground, is located on the roof of the Address Sky View Hotel. Besides the 360-degree view of Dubai, you can walk on a 46-meter-long glass floor between the towers, looking down at the scene below – if you dare. For an additional adrenaline rush, you can use the glass slide from the 53rd to the 52nd floor. The “real” adrenaline kick comes when you participate in the Edge Walk, a walk outside and along the building at over 200 meters height.

How Do I Get to Sky Views Observatory Dubai?

The easiest way to reach the observatory on the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address View Hotel is by the MRed metro line. The best stop to get off is the “Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station”. From there, the last few meters to Tower 1 – where the entrance is located – are accessible on foot. If you prefer to take the bus to the observatory, you can do so using various bus lines. Get off at the “Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1” and walk the remaining distance on foot.

What Are the Opening Hours of Sky Views Dubai?

The observatory is open throughout the year. Admission starts at 10:00 AM and remains open until 10:00 PM.

What's the Entry Fee for Sky Views?

Due to high demand, the entry prices for Sky Views have significantly increased in recent months. You can enjoy the 360-degree view over Dubai from 85 AED (≈ 1900 INR) for adults aged 13 and above. Children aged 4 to 12 years pay a reduced ticket price of 70 AED (≈ 1600 INR). In addition to access to the observation floors, the price also includes one "ride" on the glass slide. If desired, you can book one or more additional slide rides on-site for 25 AED (≈ 560 INR) each.

All tickets are always sold with a fixed time slot for entry.

Please note that for the visit, and especially for the glass slide, white clothing, skirts, flip flops, or sandals are not allowed. Moreover, children/teenagers under 18 years of age can only use the slide with their parents' permission.

Where Can I Buy Tickets for the Observation Platform?

Tickets can be purchased directly on-site at the entrance and online. All tickets are sold with a fixed entry time. Once on-site, you can stay as long as you like. The advantage of buying a ticket online is that you avoid waiting times at the entrance and can go straight to the elevators. Moreover, this allows you to check availability and precisely plan your visit to Sky Views Dubai.

What Are the Waiting Times at the Sky View Observatory Dubai?

Since this attraction is still quite new, it's not as well-known yet, and waiting times are currently quite reasonable. However, longer waiting times can be expected on weekends and holidays. Also, during sunset hours over Dubai, expect significantly longer queues.

Even during sunset times, the ticket doesn't cost a penny more, which is unusual for Dubai. A highlight, of course, is the walk on the glass floor, where you need a bit of courage at first, and you can see the hustle and bustle under your feet.
