If you want to take the metro to the Dubai Frame, you need to get off at the "Al Jafiliya" station and walk the rest of the way. Your path then leads you directly through the Zabeel Park with its various attractions. If you travel by bus line F09, you can go directly to the "Dubai Frame" bus stop and stand right in front of the high-rise.
