Where to Buy Tickets for the Burj Khalifa?
Tickets with a fixed visiting time can be bought directly at the entrance area of the Burj Khalifa inside the Dubai Mall. There are also various other small sales stands within the mall for different floors and offers. Admission tickets can also be purchased online from various providers. The advantage of buying online is that you can calmly decide on a day, visiting time, and the package. Moreover, you avoid waiting times at the counters, and often online prices are discounted.
What are the Waiting Times for the Observation Decks on the Burj Khalifa?
If you want to avail of the regular "At the Top" offer, you might face long waiting times and queues on-site. Waiting times over an hour at the counters are not uncommon, and that's just for the ticket. The tickets always include an assigned time when you can visit the observation decks. If you buy the ticket on-site, the time is automatically assigned to you. In such cases, you can expect that only slots in the next few hours will be available. Immediate slots are almost always already booked. Hence, your waiting time increases significantly. Therefore, we recommend buying tickets online in advance. This way, you can choose the exact visiting time and visit the Burj Khalifa without long waits. Holders of an online ticket or a ticket bought on-site have their entrance or entrance area.
